Nutrition Assessment

You’ll provide some basic info on what you feel your nutrition and health needs are. When your first appointment is scheduled, you will have an opportunity to complete a few intake documents beforehand to help facilitate a thorough assessment into your health status and nutritional needs and goals.

Looking to shed some weight? Shift to an anti-inflammatory eating style? Train for a marathon? Or maybe you want to know more about how to eat healthy for more energy or for your specific health concerns. During your session, we discuss and determine the best nutrition changes to get you where you want to go and set a course for action.

Nutrition Action

This is where the magic happens. We work together in session to co-develop an individualized plan and specific goals to support you in moving toward your health and nutrition goals. Customized meals, snacks and nutrition and health education are all part of this…and essential to a sustainable approach to your health AND to your success!
